We all know the workforce has changed greatly over the years.  Women are working outside the home, in fact more woman are graduating college than men and woman outnumber men in the workforce.  Some would say it is especially important to keep smart, educated women on the job for the sake of your business's bottom line.  I would agree that it is important to keep any good employee, male or female.
