Often times small businesses
are so busy providing a service and or product that they don't have time to bring in more business. This is a big mistake, you can not rely 100% of the business coming to you because of your exceptional service and reputation. You need to have a steady pipeline.
1)Determine what you need monthly and annually to grow your business.
2) Establish a target market and then develop a plan on how to bring them in.
3) Create a sales activity log or calendar.
4)Keep detailed notes of your activities.
5) Be ready with a plan b.
