- Have a warm, dry break area
- Wear multiple layers of clothing
- Thermal and/or Wool clothing are advised
- Wear protective gloves
- Use pocket or hand warmers
- Wear insulated boots
- Wear thick or layered socks
- Keep head and neck covered
- Keep spare clothing handy
- Wear protective eyewear
