Squibb (BMS).
The undertaking will involve plumbing upgrades within multiple facilities at the Bristol-Myers Squibb
campus in Devens, Massachusetts. The scope of work will include interior demolition, fixture
upgrades and replacement, plumbing re-work, re-tiling, and finish work.
Jay Gemmiti will serve as Brookstone Builders’ Project Manager.

Bedford Renovation Project
We are happy to announce that Brookstone Builders has been selected to perform an interior renovation and fit-up project for Aberdeen
Growth, LLC of Bedford, New Hampshire.
The undertaking will involve a complete new-construction fit-up of approximately 3000 square feet within an office building at 288 South River Road in Bedford.
The scope of work will include the installation of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, along with new drywall, ceilings, and flooring, and all interior finishes. Jack Boardman will serve as Brookstone Builders’ Project Manager, and architecture will be handled by Dennis Mires P.A. of Manchester, NH.

Petco Project Award
We are pleased to announce that Brookstone Builders, Inc. has been selected to perform an interior utility consolidation and space improvement project
at the Northway Plaza Shopping Center in North Conway, New Hampshire.
The scope-of-work will include the interior demolition of walls and ceilings that had comprised three separate tenant spaces within the plaza, along with the consolidation of existing electrical systems and gas lines.
The project is being done to facilitate the interior fit-up of a new 10,000 square-foot Petco store.

State of NH Renovation Project
The project will involve the complete fit-up of a new pharmacy, the renovation of the HR office and meeting space, the construction of new A.D.A. bathrooms and a new gift shop within the 36 Clinton Street facility.
The scope-of-work will include interior demolition; new walls, floors, and ceilings; interior finishes; and electrical, mechanical and HVAC system upgrades.

Officer's Club Project!
We're pleased to announce that we have been selected to perform a renovation and systems upgrade project by the US Navy.
This fast-track initiative will involve interior renovations and HVAC-system updating in the officer’s club building at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard.
The scope-of-work will include new ceilings and walls, electrical and architectural upgrades, interior finish work, and the installation of a dormer on the building’s slate roof to accommodate the new HVAC unit. The new system will be more energy efficient, and will also have sufficient capacity to properly heat and cool the entire facility.

Renovation Project at the Shipyard
It seems renovation projects have been very popular over the past year or so. Our crews are well-suited to working in or around occupied space which, as you may know, requires heightened safety, dust-control and noise-abatement protocols along with scheduling flexibility.
For example, we recently completed a demolition and renovation project for the US Navy that involved interior updates in an existing structure at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard to provide personnel with additional kitchen space within an occupied security area.
The scope-of-work included the overall expansion of two kitchenette areas, select demolition, and installation of new custom cabinetry, flooring, and finish work. Due to the security requirements of the areas to be renovated, all work had to be coordinated on both 1st and 2nd shifts with security escorts.

Renovation Project for BA Distributors at SNG Barratt Group
We are pleased to share some recent news that Brookstone Builders, Inc. has been awarded a renovation project by BA Distributors of Manchester, NH.
The scope-of-work will include demolition and renovations at SNG Barratt Group, a classic and modern Jaguar parts distributor located at the Auburn Traffic Circle in Manchester, NH. The project will begin with the interior demolition of second-floor mezzanines and warehouse storage areas. It will also involve some minor roof repair along with the installation of new insulation to the building shell, and the installation of new electrical/data systems and LED lighting. In addition, the existing HVAC system will be extended into the warehouse areas. A new shipping and receiving area will also be created, including new walls, ceilings, lighting and finish work. The project is being done in preparation for a new warehouse racking system, which will be installed by the owner.
Jack Boardman will be Brookstone Builders’ Project Manager for the project. Electrical work will be done on a design/build basis through Titan Electric of Manchester, NH.
