On many occasions we find ourselves engaged in an expansion or renovation project that involves working in or around client-occupied space.
As you may be aware, this type of work requires some additional attention, such as enhanced safety protocols as well as heightened levels of noise and dust abatement. It's also important to maintain consistent and reliable communication to ensure that all parties are aware of work and delivery time tables, and overall scheduling must be flexible to accommodate a client's peak business periods or special events.

We recently completed a "fast-track" interior fit-up project at Milton CAT's impressive new facility near the Manchester, NH airport.
The project commenced in mid-July and involved the complete interior fit-up of the new118,000+ square-foot sales and service campus in Londonderry, NH. The complex consists of sales and showroom space, offices, conference rooms, kitchen/break room, locker room, and large service areas.
The scope-of-work included metal stud framing, drywall, interior doors and hardware, windows, radiant-heated flooring plus finish carpentry work.

We were recently selected to perform a unique replacement project by the US Navy that you might find interesting.
The scope-of-work will involve the dismantling, removal and replacement of a spiral staircase that services the lowest level of a dry-dock pump house at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard. The new staircase will be made of stainless steel, and will facilitate easier access for the crews that maintain the dewatering pumps, which are located approximately fifty-feet below ground level.
